Design Department： 【Mechanical Designer Multiple】

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the design of tooling fixtures (2D/3D design); 3D simulation of product mechanical structure; 2. Assist R&D engineers to convert product three-dimensional models into two-dimensional drawings; 3. Assist R&D engineers to complete the documentation in the design and development process; Organize technical literature and prepare technical documentation; 4. Responsible for the design and material selection of product mechanical structure and mechanical components; 5. Responsible for R&D project document management; Responsible for the design of automatic tooling for CNC machining such as CNC lathes and machining centers. Job requirements: 1. Major in mechanical manufacturing, college degree or above; Good English; Familiar with CNC machine tool processing technology, experience in automatic production line design is preferred; 2. More than 3~5 years of relevant design work experience; 3. Familiar with mechanical principles, familiar with hydraulic system and pneumatic system; 4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, rigorous and meticulous, with good communication skills, innovative spirit and team spirit; 5. Proficient in the use of CAD, SOLIDWORKS, UG and other drawing software, independently complete the CNC lathe, machining center automatic clamping tooling design.
